Good news! Someone has made two sets of FlashCards for studying Greek vocabulary on iFlipr, a really good iPhone application. There are two sets going through chapter 21. Unfortunately, no iPhone app (as far as I know) gives us the ability to select words by chapter, but this is a great start.
I spoke with someone a while back about making these decks of cards, but I have misplaced their name. If you made the cards, can you drop me an email so I can say thank you properly. Hopefully, you will be able to finish the cards.
If you know of any other iPhone or BlackBerry program that uses my vocabulary, please let me know using the "Add new comment" link below. (You need to have an account and have logged in to do this.) Thanks.

Current status? Features?
I'm looking at these apps, and I'm wondering if any support the full range of features that are on the physical cards. Like the multiple verb forms listed on the bottom of the card, for instance. Or the BBG chapter at the top. And if any support audio pronunciations? (Could we use the audio files from this site?) I really wish all of these apps had demo versions so I could see for myself...
I see full or partial BBG word lists for iFlipr, Flashcards Deluxe (from Quizlet.com), MentalCase, StudyCards, gFlash. I'd like a complete set ideally, but might settle for creating them myself if the features were right. I don't have a Mac, so no iFlash, for instance.
So... any opinions, details on the current state of iPhone apps and BBG vocab?
iFlipr
I ended up purchasing only iFlipr at this point since there are many BBG sets for it, including some by chapter and a couple with audio. I'm mostly pleased with it and with the card sets. Definitely easier than carrying physical cards around, and some hope that its training algorithm helps me work more on the words I know least.
I'd like a way to easily add my own notes to each card (hints and English words which use the same root), but I haven't tried creating my own cards to see how easy that would be or whether the cards allow separating some text between top/middle/bottom and left/center/right, which would be ideal.
Creating/Editing cards
There are several existing collections of BBG vocabulary words for the different programs. I notice in iFlipr, most of the characters use HTML entity references for the Greek characters. Like ο , for instance. But the ones which have accents or breathing marks are actual single characters, it seems.
I'm wondering what is the most efficient (and portable) way to enter the Greek characters.
Will create cardsets if I can get electronic copy of vocobulary
Bill, I would really like to create a vocabulary card set by chapter for the gFlash Pro app on iPhone. However, I would prefer not to have to type in all the words myself. Would you be willing to share the vocabulary in electronic form (Word or Excel would be ideal)? I would then create the sets by chapter and post them on gFlash's public card listing.
Thanks,
Daniel
iFlash software
I have iFlash on my Mac and, in the available decks to download for iFlash, there are 2 labelled as Mounce Greek decks. I haven't gotten an iPod version of iFlash yet but you're supposed to be able to download any iFlash decks onto the iPod version of iFlash.
Sorry for the lack of links. Can't see what I'm typing on this page, for some reason.

Also StudyCards for iPhone
Early on for the iPhone I and another user created decks for each chapter of BBG (called Basics_Bib_Grk_## in the list) for the app StudyCards for the iPhone (see more at http://WorkLifeStudy.com). I no longer use the app, and don't know the competition, so I can't say if it's still worth the $9.99 premium, but it's an option.

Greek & Hebrew for iPhone
I am the author of GreekFlash, GreekGrams, and HebrewFlash Biblical. I wrote them for my own studies. But, they have been very useful for so many of my friends and other students.

iFlash
I really enjoy iFlash (http://www.loopware.com/iflash/), which is a desktop flashcard app that has a (free to owners) iPhone counterpart that has been recently developed. Users are able to login to a rather large free repository of user-made card sets which include BBG by chapter.
Furthermore, iFlash is a genuinely awesome flashcard program in general aside from Greek.
Finally, I do not dare make the assumption that every iPhone owner is also a Mac user, but fair warning the desktop program is for OSX only. It might still be worth looking into if the user has access to a Mac to make/edit/sync flashcards(*somebody* in your Greek class is going to have a Mac... split the cost of the desktop app and get access to the iPhone stuff -> the lists are synced directly from the desktop app.)
Four iPhone Apps
1. iStudy: Greek Vocabulary (Biblical Koine) by Ronald Bell ($1.99)
2. GreekGrams by Paul Avery ($2.99)
3. GreekFlash by Paul Avery ($6.99)
4. HebrewFlash Biblical by Paul Avery ($4.99)
Of these I have only used the top two. iStudy is a basic flashcard program with a great vocab set, and even contains separate cards for verbs with stem changes in certain tenses. My only complaint is that you can only study them in a fixed order (and there seems to be little reason behind the ordering) or get them in random order in "test mode." There are no other options.
GreekGrams is a great app which contains almost every major diagram from Mounce's BBG. It includes multiple diagrams for articles, nouns (including the "8 rules"), pronouns, verbs, and participles. I highly recommend this one.
Also Mental Case
There's another iPhone App called Mental Case, and they make a Mac version that syncs with it too. It's great feature is the ability to keep shuffling into the deck cards that you get wrong. It's super helpful to be able to send the cards from Mac to iPhone as well. Oh, and it'll download pre-made cards from flashcardexchange without requiring a membership to that site. I highly suggest this relatively new App combo.
Hebrew too
Awhile ago I added the Hebrew words, by chapter, into iFlipr. I made a few mistakes along the way, and I've since started to write my own on index cards, but I think they're pretty good. Let me know if anyone needs any changes made to them.
